- Art prints and greeting cards may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- In original packaging
- Unused, unmarked, and free from damage
- In sellable/resellable condition
- Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Refund Method
- Exchanges or store credit only.
- Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered for art prints or greeting cards.
Sale Items
- All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Original & Custom Artwork
- Original artwork and custom commissions are final sale and non‑refundable due to the unique nature of these pieces.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Return Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for store credit or an exchange to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
